Do you need help with a senior family member? Time out to recharge?

 

I love working one-on-one with seniors, using my passion for the arts to stimulate and inspire creativity.

I tap into each person’s interests and capabilities.  Some people enjoy painting, collage, singing with the ukulele or guitar, and dance/movement to music.  Others prefer to look at art books, listen to poems and short stories being read aloud, or to simply sit quietly.  I am happy to take people on outings, to parks, cafes or art galleries.   
I have many years' experience as a caregiver in London and Auckland with a variety of conditions, predominantly dementia.

I have a current driver’s licence, St John First Aid Certificate, and police check. 

My rate is $50 per hour (minimum two hours).
